Meet the dynamic duo, Kavya R Devireddy and Neha Y Reddy, cousins and Grade 11 students at KC High, Chennai.

Fuelled by their passion for pickles, they embarked on a journey into social entrepreneurship, driven by a profound concern about the detrimental health impacts of preservatives found in conventional pickle brands.

Inspired by a legacy of culinary heritage, they envisioned crafting an alternative – pickles steeped in tradition, meticulously concocted from treasured family recipes unearthed from the annals of time, and lovingly perfected under the guidance of their cherished grandmother. Without the complexities of a large supply chain, the young ladies knew that they could make home-made pickles more cost-effective than commercial brands, and thus capture a substantial share of the market.
